Niece's Birthday Cake

This was my 3rd try at making decorated cakes. Made a cookie with royal icing and fondant decorations for the horse and royal icing to pipe the tiara. Didn't realize that the cake for the Coach would settle as much as it did and kind of lost it's size proportion to the horse
