Hospital Anniversary
I'm a nurse at the Children's Hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba. I was honored to be asked to make this cake to celebrate the hospital's 100th anniversary. All decorated with fondant. "Dr. Goodbear" was done by cutting out his shapes and layering the colors then outlined in black buttercream.
