We made 150 of these cupcakes for a charity fundraiser in memory of my Mum. Each cupcake was iced differently! What a fun way to spend 2 days! We experimented with Wilton flavourings in the icing and made cinnamon on top of mixed spice and fruit cupcakes and made decorations using Wilton Candy Melts and Wilton cherry flavouring! Yum! TFL! x
