Four Themes' Birthday Cake

This cake we made for this lovely baby boy's 2nd birthday. I had this color scheme in mind since few months and it turned out nice. Besides my wife, this time my mom helped me making those tiny cars (the best one was made by her). I have to admit that the royal icing started to give egg odour after keeping it in the refrigrator, I wonder why.
