This cake was inspired by Khloe Kardashian's wedding cake. The bride really wanted a damask print and a black and ivory theme. The cake flavors were vanilla with raspberry buttercream and vanilla with passion fruit buttercream. It is covered with an ivory fondant and the stripes and "P" monogram were embossed and cut from gumpaste. The damask, monogram plaque and scroll prints were hand stenciled in black royal icing. The first picture was taken before the florist filled in the spaces between tiers with red roses. I didn't hang out long enough to get a photo of the cake completed with all roses in place.
