This was a get well cake made for a friend who was just released from the hospital, and was inspired by a Cake Girls design. A 6" dark chocolate fudge cake, filled with chocolate ganache, frosted with an espresso cream cheese frosting, and covered with fondant. The decorations were both fondant and sugarpaste.
