1984 Lambeth Wedding Cake - My final project; after completing a 150 hour course in The Lambeth Method, with Betty Newman-May. This cake design was completed on a dummy cake, decorated with royal icing; over 2000 tip #101s apple blossoms used throughout the design; over 40-60 hours to complete. My goal is to keep the true art of piping work alive in all styles of decorating.
