This cake was made for a very special woman who turned 90 today. The poem is one she wrote for a friend years ago and it was adapted by her daughter to fit the occasion. Bottom chocolate cake with chocolate cream cheese mousse filling coated with cream cheese BC and ganache. The two upper tiers are french vanilla cake with lemon curd and raspberry fillings coated with cream cheese BC. The cake is wrapped in fondant and the flowers are made of fondant with tylose.
