Was asked to make a tall cake for a chap who loves his red black and white Holden car. 3x 3 inch morello cherry chocolate cakes - torted into 6 layers - and filled with dark chocolate ganache. Covered and decorated in Regalice. Red circles are embossed with the letters to spell HOLDEN. Covered cake board in black regalice and embossed Michaels name. Black wires i bent so as to curve - wires placed in flower pick and then inserted into cake.
