This cake is a replica of aJohn Kollock print (a local artist who does historical paintings for our area in Georgia). This is a birthday cake for an 89 year old woman and her brother...the store in the print was owned by their Father in 1935 and still stands in White County. The actual print is in the background. I had a blast making this cake. It is 100% edible, used rice krispy treats as a base for the store and then covered is with modeling chocolate.
