I used two 12" heart pans and mini doll mold pans for the boobs. The bra and panties were pink with white cornelli lace and e-motion borders.

Beautiful cake! I Made one for my best friends brother - but was in purple, didn't turn out as nice as yours though. He loved it. Thanks for the idea!!
