This was my final cake for course 1. I messed up the icing when I tried smoothing with parchment paper, so my teacher suggested a "textured" finish...not so bad!!...I was so excited, although I noticed colored liquid leaking out of the side....any thoughts as to what it was? The cake was frozen, but I didlet it thaw for a good amount of time before i iced it..I'm confused, but it tasted fine!
