This is the cakes that I made for my daughters wedding. I live in MO and she lives in WI. I used my vacation time and drove. I had already baked the cakes and was fortunate enough to have a nice place at the reception hall to decorate them and keep them cool the night before. The wedding cake is a all lemon cake filled with lemon mousse. Fondant covered. Silk flower arrangement that I made for the topper. The grooms cake was a chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and ganache icing. Silk flowers. I found these cute little bride and groom cake toppers that matched how he asked her to marry him. They are such a perfect match for each other. I loved doing this for my daugher but it was so tiring trying to get everything done. Im so looking forward to my vacation next year! lol
