Loved the simplicity of this cake, and the colors! Bottom tier: 12" dummy cake, Middle & Top tiers: 10" & 8" almond cakes with white chocolate ganache filling. All tiers frosted in a light ivory buttercream frosting. Satin ribbon around bottom of each tier. Bottom tier has beadwork done in royal icing. Middle tier has ...Celtic knotwork done in royal icing. Top tier (and topper) has sugar rose garland (all made by me).
