My nephew received this crazy guitar for his birthday and I decided to replicate it for his cake. It is carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, covered in fondant. Only non edible items are the strings. This was a first for me for many reasons and I learned alot. But my nephew was blown away, which was the most important thing :)
