This is my version of a Martha Stewart cake the bride chose. We changed it from coconut and lemon peel to curled white chocolate and yellow tinted white chocolate. Not a big fan of the technique of not smoothing out the BC, Just felt unfinished, however, it looked amazing at the venue and with the rest of the decor. Looked rustic.
