Wedding Cake I Made For Our Niece
This is a dummy cake made of polystyrene. It is covered with fondant and satin ribbon. The decorating is done in royal icing. The flowers are fresh. We had a square cake in the kitchen that was served up to guests and none of them knew this cake was fake.

Thankyou. It is cheaper but I do it this way so the cake is perfect everytime with no unplanned disasters on the way to the reception. They just pretend to cut into the back of the cake and no-one notices the knife isn't going in. Also, it can be made way ahead of time and stored.
