Helmet Cake Disaster

Same thing happen to me and I believe I cut off to much for the face.

Yep. It needed some support over night. I made one a few years ago, and when I pulled the supports out it tried top do this too. next time just place something under your cakeboard to support the overhanging piece. the final cake was supported by the face shield, which was made of wire covered in gumpaste. HTH. Sorry this happened to you
