Declan and Cole were born exactly a year ago today. Around 5 months old Declan was diagnosed with a very rare form of pediatric cancer and sadly lost his battle last week, just days shy of his 1st birthday. To honor this brave fighter and his brother we donated a cake to the family so Cole and Declan could have an amazing cake. Though Cole will have to take that first bite on his own, we know that Declan, who smiled his way through months of painful treatments, will be smiling down from heaven at his favorite characters. Both boys adored Sesame Street so we proudly created this in their honor. All characters are RKT and covered in either fondant or royal. The trash can is a 6" cake and the base cake is 12".
