Sooooo charming!!!! Do you have any advice on how to learn how to make those animals?
mommee09 9/5/10 at 1:12am
Please tell us how you made the animals. They are so cute. :D How did you get the black patches on the cow and the black on the dog? They look so perfect.

Thanks so much for voting for me all! this was a surprise! unfortunately i don't have any tutorials for the animals, just molded them from fondant. black duts added after the animals were finished .tiny dots squashed them very thin and shaped and glued them on. Thanks again all!!

Cutest cake ever! The moment of perfection for me is the grass the cows are eating. bummed you don't have a tutorial, just ENORMOUS TALENT! Thanks for sharing your cake.

Each part of this cake is beautiful detailed. Can I ask-- Did you add anything to the fondant to make it more pliable? and what did you use as a glue? Thanks! and Bravo!

great job, its so cute! I love it!
Liis 9/5/10 at 10:32am
Thanks! haileybugg, for the glue you can use thick fondant water paste, water with cmc or royal icing. Sometimes i add little cmc to fondant to make it stay up but not for small figures like these. they stand fine. for the cows you can make the body day before dry it a little and then add head to make sure it will hold! x
