Tiffany Blue Cake For 80Th Birthday

This cake is a madeira sponge layered with buttercream & raspberry jam . I crumb coated it with white chocolate ganache, then fondant. The rose and leaves were sprayed with pearl lutre dust, and because the recipient likes BLING!, I added diamantes, and a Swarovski crystal number 80 in a flower pick, I lovethis colour fondant :)
