This cake was for a group of 11 ladies who were having a beach weekend to celebrate a couple of birthdays. They wanted beach theme with lots of cocktail reference. The cake is marble with chocolate ganache filling and fondant. All elements on base are gumpaste, sand is sugar in the raw.
