Made this cake in honor of my in-laws visiting us from Holland. It is not exactly how I envisioned it, but I think it turned out okay. I clearly need a new 8" square pan (mine is all bent out of shape - booh)! Anyway, the three tiers are the Dutch flag (red, white, blue), and the flowers are all done in various shades of orange (oranje). And I wrote "welcome" in Dutch. :-)
