orange dream with butter cream, wilton fondant waves with buttercream "foam". the palm trees are bamboo skewers wrapped in gumpaste, with gumpaste leaves held on with candy melts. the surfboards, baby clothes, and flip flops are all gumpaste. the surfboard designs were hand drawn with edible markers. sand is a mixture of brown sugar and cocoa powder. the clothes line is floral wire and the clothes are attached with candy melts.
