This was my first project of this kind and I have since learned a lot. The large cake is a 14"yellow cake filled with Whipped Ganache smaller cake is a chocolate 6" cake filled with the Ganache all decorated with BC. I used a paper towel roll for the stick and covered it with ribbon.
