Toy Drum Cake
I just did this cake (it's a real one) for the craft show I"ll be in this weekend. It took a good 6 hours to complete. It is a lindy's cake that I fell in love with.(i'm just crazy about bears!) The base flooring is fondant. I am kind of proud of it. I just used the pizza cutter to make the lines of the boards, and then I added a woodgrain texture with a sharp knife. I then used the back of a paintbrush to make little nails. After all that, I brush painted it to add color.
