I made this cake for my niece's 2nd birthday. Unfortunately, most of my gp decorations were packed in a box and broke in transit (7 1/2 hour drive!) so it's missing most of the "seaweed". It was my first time making a gp hibiscus - I was pretty happy with how it turned out.
