Last time I did these I made them on top of the stick and was nervous the whole time because the Miami heat is not friendly to these treats, This time, I wanted to make them bigger and decided this was the best way to do them so I wouldnt have to worry about them falling. :)

Hi there I admired your last ones. I would love any tips on how you did the ears. I make brownie balls, and I have a client that would LOVE these for her party. If you could help with the ears I would GREATLY apprecriate it...thanks ! AmY aka9406@aol.com

Thanks! I had a hard time finding black candy melts. I was onlly able to find them during halloween of last year,so I bought some candy food coloring in black and mixed it in with some chocolate melts. For the ears, I printed out about 50-60 1' circles and i put a piece of wax paper over it. I slowly filled each circle and let the candy set. When I went to attach the ears I simply dipped the end into the melted candy and attached to the "head."

As a tip to everyone, I just saw these Minnie cake pops on another site. They used mini oreo cookies for the ears. They removed the cream centerr
