I made this for my friends little boys 1st birthday, It was vanilla sponge with chocolate ganache and covered on fondant. All the animals are completely edible, and made out of modelling paste, which I make myself. The cupcakes were topped with the same animals that were on the cake. The Palm tree was also made out of fondant and is edible.
