This isn't really a baby shower cake but could be used for one! This sheet cake was for a new lactation unit at a local hospital... The unit wanted a family friendly cake supporting breast feeding! The cake was a yellow cake mixed with chocolate and chocolate chips. The frosting was a vanilla butter cream. All pieces added on top (mother nursing baby crest, onsie, banner, flowers and buttons) of the cake are fondant. Around rim of cake are lemon and carrot cake balls.
