Extended chocolate cake with marshmallow filling and Buttercream Dream icing (with french vanilla coffee cream instead of the milk, yum!) The first time using the Viva paper towel method (tried my best) instead of covering with fondant. Cake is for a dear friend who was married in Europe, and I tried to copy the green she had in her wedding. I'm afraid the flower looks a bit like a cabbage (?!) so I sprayed it with pearl luster to help camoflage the veggie look. Did it work??! Lets be honest please!
