Cake hand sculpted. Cartoon skull. Bow made out of fondant and edible "glitter". Facial features made out of modeling chocolate (homemade tootsie rolls). Crossbones are rice crispies covered with white chocolate/almond bark. Kids loved rice crispies and "tootsie rolls". As you can see, the nose "canals" are missing.
