Made these for my Mother-In-Law's last day of work. The bottles are real mini bubbles (washed thoroughly of course!) If you're going to make these, make sure to tape the champagne bases to your tray because its a top heavy design. Then your guests can simply pull the champagne glass away from the base which remains on the tray.
