I made this cake for a friend of mine celebrating her 40th birthday. She works from home and in the summer does all her work sitting on her deck. White chocolate cake with raspberry filling, white chocolate buttercream covered in fondant, All the decorations are edible, gumpaste, modeling chocolate and the mini cake is made of stacked shortbreads.
