This is the only the 2nd cake I have ever made. I made this for a little girls 3rd Fairy themed Birthday party- and I loved making something girly - as I have two boys!!! The cake was a marble cake inside with a Pink chocolate casing for the giant cupcake and was first time I have made a fondant figure and first time I have covered a cake in fondant. I really enjoyed making the fondant fairy - fiddly but enjoyable!
