    Beautiful! I was looking for an inspiration cake to make for my Mom's birthday and this is my inspiration! She loves simple but elegant, and I think this fits perfectly. I would also like to know how you made the flowers - gumpaste, fondant? Did you use a mold or just by hand?

    Thanks for the compliments! The flowers were made by hand. They are a 50/50 mix of fondant and gumpaste.
