This cake was made for the Aquarium & Pet Shop where my husband works for their summer picnic. It incorporates something from every department in the store, fresh water fish, ponds, salt water fish, reptiles, birds & small animals. It is a white cake with strawberry mousse filling, buttercream icing & marshmallow fondant. All the animals & plants on the cake are made out of modeling chocolate. The pond on the cake is filled with colored piping gel & even has a waterfall, lilly pads & goldfish.
