A young man graduated 8th grade, and needed a cake! This is a 9 inch round white cake, double layer with fudge filling and covered in buttercream. The colors of the high school he will be attending are green and white. The cap is 1/2 of a ball cake mold with fondant to cover it. The tassle was made using the Wilton "grass tip".
