Carved Teddy bear on 10" round cake for my grandons's first birthday. Base cake finished with buttercream to represent "marble" trophy base. Bear carved from pound cake and covered with fondant based on article in May 2009 Cake Craft & Decoration Magazine. Playing field enhancement is fondant with royal icing and fondant markings.
