One of two sheet cakes I made to celebrate 25 and 50 year celebrations for 3 nuns in their Order. One cake is WASC with raspberry cream cheese chambord filling and the other is Lemon WASC with lemon curd fillng and lemon icing. I always use SeriousCakes frosting on my sheet cakes. The symbol is from their Order and I tried to do a FBCT but it failed so I used colorflow. I also was going to use a diamond impression mat on the sides but it didn't work so I just used a smooth icing with no decorations. The color scheme is the only direction I got - red and yellow. At least they liked the cakes. I only had one week notice.
