This was a smash cake for a little boy turning 1! The mom wanted an icing that was as close to sugar free as possible and a healthier cake. I used the weight watchers recipe for the cake and a diabetic icing from here. I didn't like the consistency of the icing but it turned out ok. The design matches the plates and invitations. TFL!
