My son and his girlfriend were holding a dinner party for a couple that are getting married in Sweden, their homeland, so that those that cannot attend the wedding would have a chance to celebrate with them. The bride and groom-to-be think that American buttercream is too sweet, so I searched the internet for a Swedish frosting recipe, but couldn't find one, so I used a Swiss buttercream. They loved it and said that I had brought a little bit of home to them. That made me very happy. The cake is WASC and covered in fondant. The scene matches their invitation. This was my first attempt using a gelatin mold and it took four tries before I got something that even looked like a butterfly, but the couple loved it and that's all that mattered. TYFL
