Edible photo for the top of the cake of my grandson swimming with a dolphin. The rest of the dolphins are sugar cookies I hand cut individually. Chocolate cake with all buttercream frosting. I mixed a blue sparkle gel onto the frosting with a spoon as I made the 'water'. The pools on each side are made with blueberry jello jiggler recipe. The leftover cookie dough and jello jigglers were cut into different shapes. A jiggler on top of the cookie and frosting around the jiggler. These were 'Sea Glass' cookies.
