White sponge cake saturated with a triple sec syrup and layered with vanilla cream. Covered with white mmf and coloured fondant. Top tier is a rice crispie sculpture piped with royal/boiled icing. This was for the adults, children had ice cream cone cupcakes and baby had a smash "pretend" banana split, also made with rice crispies, fondant and whipped cream.
