Sample cookie made for my sister who is getting married this fall. Needs to be less purple, more eggplant but at least she got the idea!

love the candy melt idea! that had to save a lot of time instead of making circles or cutting them out.

Exactly, Leily! I had melted down some chocolate to pipe the white circles and then realized that the melt itself was the perfect size!

Oh I love it! Thank goodness it's for your sister....I'm guessing she gets a family discount? Those would be quite spendy otherwise! :D

What did you use to fill them? BC?

TallGirl - I used Massa Grischuna fondant to fill - I've also used Rolled Buttercream
