30th birthday cake for my sister in law. The only direction I got was that she wanted chocolate. So she got dark chocolate cake spiked with cointreau, filled with chocolate/cointreau ganache, coated with chocolate buttercream and covered with chocolate marshmallow fondant. Flowers are fondant and ribbon is raffia. She loved it!
