This cake is for a gentleman celebrating his 40th birthday. His wife said he loves Fez hats and asked if I could make a cake like that and to be sure and put the 40 on there. This cake is about 6" tall and starts with chocolate cake, then vanilla, then strawberry, then two more layers of chocolate at the bottom. Carved down to create the shape. Covered in vanilla buttercream and Satin Ice fondant. Other decorations are fondant and gumpaste.
