A bride came to me with a picture by Peggy Porchen and asked me to duplicate the design for her wedding cake. I was surprised it was by Peggy Porchen, it's not like the cakes I've normally seen by her. This is my first time making roses, I kinda got the hang of it after 5 hours of making the little suckers. :) The cakes are chocolate, white and marble with buttercream and marshmallow fondant. All accents are gumpaste. Thanks so much for looking.
