This was a cake for my daughter's 21sr birthday earlier this week. I found this ribbon and loved it so much I decided to build the cake around it!. Fondant with gumpaste accents, fondant cut outs of drinks. Top tier is vanilla sponge cake with VBC filling. Bottom tier is marble cake with alternating layers of chocolate ganache and VBC. She just loved it!
