My friends little girl was turning 2 and her favorite TV show is the Dora show. This is a 3 layer chocolate cake with cherry-almond whipped cream filling and buttercream frosting. It was made on a 115 day in AZ and the buttercream kept melting, it was really hard to cover the crumbs and make it look smooth, I should have covered with fondant. I used a dora mold for the top and made sheet cakes and cut them to the mold for the bottom two layers. The kids loved it, and the adults loved eating it!
